Bridging that Gap
So now is is possible to attach a special Landline Number to that outbound call.
This now gives us two options
1. - You can let the “Cloud Telephony Platform” handle the return call, with or without ‘Recording’.
OR
2. - You can route the call back through your own Direct Dialling In, ‘DDI’. This means that it can be routed to a “Help-Desk” for example or directly back to the engineer. You can route this call in many other ways too.
So now you have complete control of all calls made to and from the mobile. No longer do you need to have two mobiles, as this service can be switched on by the mobile operative at the beginning of the day and when they have finished work it can be switched off again.
Note: This does not mean that personal calls cannot be taken during the duty shift.
